The King and Queen Court House Tavern Museum Holiday Open House is the perfect way to start your holiday season. Come join the indoor and outdoor festivities on Sunday, Dec. 3, 2023 at 2 PM. The museum is located at 146 Court House Landing Rd., King and Queen Court House, VA 23085.
There will be children’s activities, including decorating gingerbread cookies, a visit from the Fossil Man, music and a visit from Santa. Food, shopping and exhibits are on display. Visit the latest display focusing on King and Queen schools with photographs, artifacts, student and teacher remembrances, descriptions of the Rosenwald schools, and teacher duties. This free event is open to everyone and includes admission to the museum.
