The King and Queen County Historical Society operates the Courthouse Tavern Museum at King and Queen Court House in cooperative partnership with King and Queen County, Virginia

Regular schedule hours are closed for season.
However, visiting by appointment is encouraged. We ask for 5 business days notice. Contact Us here -

Free to general public. Donations are appreciated.

Anyone interested in King and Queen County and its history is invited to join the King and Queen Historical Society. A wonderful way to use your spare time, to meet and work with interesting people and to expand your knowledge of King and Queen County. Donations are used to support operations and special projects of the King and Queen Historical Society and Courthouse Tavern Museum
